At Patchenest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and easy return process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must have the original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or discounted items are only eligible for exchange or store credit unless otherwise specified.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

Return Authorization
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. -
Ship Your Return
After receiving your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure we receive the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
3. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the full value of the item, excluding the original shipping fees.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and your order details. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and provide you with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Handling Charges: There are no handling fees for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send items back to us. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Refund of Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is the same as domestic orders; however, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
